Bootcamp Series Detail:

  1. Session 1 - How to Prepare for CPQ: Many CPQ implementations fail before they begin, due to insufficient preparation. Learn how to avoid common pitfalls and gather all the inputs you need, alignment across teams, and a solid business case for funding, ensuring your CPQ project is set up for success.

  2. Session 2 - How to Select a CPQ Vendor: There are many choices when it comes to CPQ software. Choosing the right vendor for your business is crucial to success and can be a difficult decision to make. In this session we will break down how to run a vendor evaluation, what questions to ask, and key considerations, as well as Hyperscayle’s point of view on the strengths and weaknesses of each major CPQ platform.

  3. Session 3 - How to Implement CPQ: You’ve prepared, you’ve selected a vendor, now you’re ready to begin. This session will cover best practices when running a CPQ implementation project. We will review an example project plan, typical timelines, roles and responsibilities of the project team, skillsets required, and common pitfalls. By the end of the session you’ll be well equipped to build a comprehensive project plan and run a successful implementation.
