We are in search of an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant who will be a trusted advisor to our clients. They focus their talents on implementing best-in-class sales and marketing systems and helping our clients improve their business processes.

What You Will Do:

  • Support clients by driving solutions with greater business goals in mind

  • Daily administration and support of client Marketing or CRM database, including but not limited to managing multiple user setups, profiles, and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations

  • Work with Leadership, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and the end-users to create and manage complex automation

  • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards dependent on clients' needs and business objectives

  • Stay current on new features and functionality to provide recommendations for process improvements

  • Keep system users informed about system functionality and enhancements

  • Provide technical support to system users

  • Log identified system problems and track progress through resolution

  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, system configuration and help-related materials for users

Your knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • College degree or equivalent work/technical experience

  • 5+ years experience in Salesforce

  • 2+ years experience working directly with business stakeholders to achieve results

  • Salesforce Specialist certification - Salesforce Service Cloud

  • Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools

  • Ability to mentor, train, and develop others in a team environment

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

  • Close attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects

  • Understanding of Sales and Marketing workflows and business process

  • Understanding of marketing automation

  • Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and continually expand skills
