How We Implement The Scaylr RevOps AI Agent Suite in Four Weeks

How We Implement The Scaylr RevOps AI Agent Suite in Four Weeks

Step-by-step from security sign-off to 12 agents running in production

Much of what sets Scaylr apart isn’t just what the agents can do, it’s how the suite is implemented and deployed. Once RevOps leaders are excited about the potential, the next question is always the same: what does it take to get this running on our systems, and how much of my team’s time does it require?

Scaylr AI RevOps Agents are implemented in four weeks from security sign-off to 12 agents running in production, requiring a handful of hours a week from your team. Let’s dive into what happens each week and who owns what.

The implementation timeline. Week 0 sits outside the four-week clock.

Week 0: Security Review, Before the Clock Starts

The Scaylr RevOps Agent Suite can be hosted by Hyperscayle or deployed in your own infrastructure. Either way there is a security review process to complete first. The duration and level of effort is usually much higher for clients deploying on their own infrastructure. That review is the one part of the timeline we do not control, so we do not count it. The four-week clock starts the day you sign off.

That said, during the security review we don’t sit idle. While the review runs, we do the prep that makes week one fast: confirm infrastructure prerequisites, get service accounts and API credentials issued, and run a kickoff to scope which agents go live first, name the owner on your side, and agree on what we are measuring at day 30.

Week 1: Connect

We install the Scaylr RevOps Agent Suite in your environment and stand up the command center. Then we connect it to the systems your revenue teams already work in:

▪ CRM: deals, accounts, contacts, and activity history

▪ Marketing automation: campaigns, forms, lead records, and engagement data

▪ Content repositories: brand guide, templates, decks, and product marketing material

▪ Call transcript archives: every sales and CS conversation you record

▪ Slack, email, and calendars: where the output has to show up

Everything runs read-only in week one. Before an agent writes a single field, we prove it is reading the right data and has the right permissions governing its actions.

Week 1 architecture. Your systems connect in, the output goes back out, and everything runs inside your environment.

Week 2: Configure

This is where the Scaylr agents become your agents, and where we need your team most.

Every agent is configurable from the command center. Pipeline Hygiene needs your definition of a healthy deal: how long a deal can sit in a stage, which fields matter, when to escalate. Health Score needs your dimensions. Churn Risk needs your thresholds. Content Creation needs your brand guide, your voice rules, and your asset templates.

Where a toggle is not enough, we modify the prompts with your sales stages, ICP language, terminology, and approval steps. This ensures the Scaylr agents describe your business as you would.

We map the plumbing in the same week: this incldues which rep or CSM gets which output, in which channel, and which actions an agent takes on its own versus which ones wait for a human to approve.

Week 3: User Acceptance Testing

Every agent runs in shadow mode against live data. Nothing writes to your systems yet.

Your pilot group (generally two or three reps and a CSM) works a test script with us agent by agent. They check the output against accounts they already know. If Deal Health flags a deal your team knows is solid, or a Call Brief misreads a relationship, we find out here and tune the prompts and thresholds until it holds up.

UAT ends with your sign-off, when your team decides the output is good enough to act on.

Week 4: Go Live and Enablement

We switch on write-back and notifications agent by agent, and watch the first live runs with you.

Then comes enablement. Sales, CS, and marketing each get a session on what lands in their Slack on Monday morning and what to do with it. Your RevOps owner gets admin training on the command center and comprehensive written documentation. We confirm monitoring and alerting, so you know when an agent stops running instead of finding out a month later.

Who does what, week by week. Your team sets the rules, we run the build.

After Go-Live

We stay on your first production runs with you. At day 30 we come back with a tuning review against the metrics we set at kickoff: what the agents caught, what they missed, and what to adjust.

When you want another agent, it switches on from the same command center. No new project, no new security review.

Why Four Weeks Holds Up

Four weeks works because you are implementing a product, not commissioning a custom build. The agents exist. The command center exists. Twenty years of RevOps practice is already encoded in how each agent works.

The job in front of us is connecting the suite to your systems, teaching it your business, and proving to your team that it works. When the dust settles, you can walk into your next executive meeting and say confidently you have deployed AI across your marketing, sales, and customer service teams.

That’s going to feel pretty good.

If you want to see what the Scaylr AI agents can do for you, a demo is only a form fill away.
